Cloud Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of AWS Cloud network infrastructure. This includes designing network architectures for high availability, scalability, resiliency, and security.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proficiency working with Windows Operating Systems
- Proficiency with AWS Transit Gateway or DirectConnect Gateway and AWS Load Balancers
- Proficiency working with Cisco LAN/WAN Hardware, including hands on experience with Layers 2 and 3 switching (VLAN, Routing)
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Design and implement a routing strategy and connectivity architecture between on-premises networks and the AWS Cloud and the connectivity architecture that include multiple AWS accounts
- Configure and maintain AWS load balancers, Security Groups and NACLs in AWS VPCs.
- Implement and maintain confidentiality of data and communications of the network.
- Configure AWS Network firewall for traffic inspection between VPCs and external networks
