Our direct client is looking to add a passionate Data Analyst & BI Developer to their talented and growing team. They are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is eager to drive data insights and enhance business processes through effective data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to assess reporting needs, validate data, and develop detailed specifications for ETL processes.
• Building and managing data views utilizing SQL in an AWS environment to support data-driven decision-making.
• Contributing to the development of data governance documentation to support organizational transparency and efficiency.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis and SQL querying.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems like Workday and using reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data validation, and documentation, with a focus on supporting HR, Finance, or Grants reporting.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills.
