Systems Analyst - Engineering

Our direct client is seeking a Systems Engineering Analyst to manage file transfer configurations and support external integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and automate an efficient file transfer system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Oversee customer requests, including configuring standard setups, customizing solutions, and troubleshooting issues in line with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to optimize workflows and improve overall system efficiency.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions and familiarity with file transfer protocols like FTP, SFTP, and FTPS.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and managing file transfers in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Understanding of encryption methods (PGP, SFTP/SSH) and data security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
