Overview : As a Brand Ambassador at New Riff Distilling, you will be responsible for representing New Riff Distilling and promoting New Riff products to customers and the community. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Promotion : Educate customers about New Riff Distilling's products, including our range of spirits, special releases, and brand story.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions, offering tastings, and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Event Support : Assist with organizing and executing promotional events and tastings to showcase New Riff and enhance customer experiences.
- Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to promote product sales, meet sales targets, and track customer feedback and preferences.
- Brand Representation : Represent New Riff Distilling professionally and uphold brand values and standards at all times.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and support marketing strategies.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, customer interactions, and event feedback for reporting purposes.
- KPI's : Meet monthly Key Performance Indicator goals to include (but not limited to) : key account visits, securing new points of distribution, securing new menu placements, conducting account staff trainings, executing retail merchandising and planning and executing events.
