New Riff Distilling is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Sales Officer in managing the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with exceptional organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CSO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and coordinating logistics for meetings with internal teams and external partners.
You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining digital and physical files, assisting with expense tracking and budget management, and coordinating travel arrangements.
