Job Summary
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of all buildings on campus. This position ensures a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors by performing a variety of custodial duties, including cleaning restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas.
Hours will be 11am-7pm

Distinguishing Characteristics
Performs other functions as required or assigned. Also complies with all Policies and Standards.
Summary of Responsibilities : This position cleans, maintains and assists with repairs to grounds, fixtures, facilities and buildings on the ATC Campus. This position will require travel between campuses to complete similar duties on other New River campuses / sites.
Cleaning and Sanitizing :
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
- Refill supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust classrooms, hallways, offices, and stairwells.
Trash and Recycling :
Floor Care :
Window and Surface Cleaning :
General Maintenance Support :
Safety and Compliance :
Other Duties as Assigned :
Professional Development
Compliance training is to be completed routinely and timely.
Participate in additional professional development opportunities through EAP system.
