Project Manager Lead

Job Description

This is a leadership role that requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. As a Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing intermediate to complex projects related to the construction of gas insulated substations (GIS) and air insulated substations (AIS).

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
