The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the utility construction industry. You will be responsible for leading intermediate or complex projects as the lead project manager for our Underground Distribution Divisions, working closely with the Division Manager of Underground Operations to achieve project goals.

You will be responsible for leading intermediate or complex projects as the lead project manager for our Underground Distribution Divisions, working closely with the Division Manager of Underground Operations to achieve project goals.
Main Objectives
- To manage project initiation plans, including workforce loaded schedules, cash flow invoicing projections, material, tool, and equipment requirements, and project-specific safety plans.
- To conduct job site safety audits to ensure that jobsite safety and pre-task planning documentation is sufficient for the tasks being performed and in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- To develop and communicate meaningful training to crews and crew supervision to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least eight years of field supervision or relevant experience, preferably in the utility construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated skills in providing leadership, motivation, vision, and direction to team members.
