About the Role
New River Electrical Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of complex electrical infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results while adhering to safety standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving project success.

Skills and Qualifications:
This position requires:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in project management, preferably in the utility industry.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in motivating and guiding project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
