Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of fiberglass insulation. All work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
• Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand installation requirements and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients throughout the installation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on-site.

Experience

• Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• , or technical drawings is a plus.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
