CLINICAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR - SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS

School Based Programs is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor! The Clinical Program Supervisor provides direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to program staff. Assists the Program Manager in the day-to-day management, supervision, and development of program services, and in monitoring of service quality and program needs. The Clinical Program Supervisor provides services to individuals, families and groups as needed to meet the program's goals. This role develops and maintains working relationships with clients, client's families, other Community Service Board (CSB) programs, and external resources.

Salary: $63,300.08-Depending on Experience

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Social Work or other license-eligible field required.
• Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia or LMHP-E with the ability to become licensed within six months of hire is required.
• At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services, preferably in a community based mental health setting is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
