Job Description
KPACT and In Home Services are seeking a Community Support Professional II or III! This new role will work between In Home Services and KPACT services in providing case management for children/youth with serious emotional disturbance, co-occurring substance use disorders or certain risk factors associated with those conditions. These services are provided in the home and community to the identified client (child/youth) and their families/caregivers. The Community Support Professional also provides support, psycho-education, and skill development assisting the client in achieving and maintaining stability with the ultimate goal of staying in our community.
Starting Hourly Rate:
Community Support Professional II: $19.36
Community Support Professional III: $20.96

Education Requirements:
Community Support Professional II:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology or human services related field is required.
- Registration as a QMHP trainee with the Virginia Board of Counseling is required. Must maintain QMHP status and all required trainings/CEU.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology or human services related field is required.
- Registration as a QMHP-C with the Virginia Board of Counseling is required.
