NRVCS has an opening in our IT department, and we are looking for a Help Desk Technician I! We rely on our IT team to ensure we have the tools necessary to preform our jobs, and help our community. This full-time position is responsible for providing telephone, email and walk-in support to agency employees in the use of agency technology. Salary
Starting Salary- $38,241.39
Education/Experience Required
- At least two years of relevant experience OR A combination of experience, education/training in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Active Directory and Network Administration or other enterprise levels of support is preferred
- Associates degree in Computer Science or Management Information Science is preferred
