NRVCS is one of the largest employers in the NRV, and we are continuing to grow! Our team is looking for a Program Clinician I or II to join our New Horizons Team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those experiencing a mental health crisis within our community.
The Intensive Program Clinician I or II for New Horizons, provides crisis stabilization, crisis intervention, assessment and clinical services to clients in the residential crisis stabilization program. Assists in development of program and treatment protocols for the crisis stabilization program. Works as part of the team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served, live and function optimally in the community.
Salary:
Intensive Program Clinician I: $51,721
Intensive Program Clinician II: $64,996

Education Requirements:
Intensive Program Clinician I:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other licensed eligible field required.
- State of Virginia license or license-eligibility required in Social Work, Marriage and Family or other related field; in addition to meeting State of Virginia certified pre-screener requirements within 3 months of hire.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other licensed eligible field required.
- State of Virginia license or license is required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and/or other related field, in addition to meeting State of Virginia certified pre-screener requirements.
Salary : $51,721 - $64,996
