- Master of Science in Nursing is required.
- Certification as a family or psychiatric nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurses Credentialing Center, is required.
- Current RN license and current state licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
- Current state prescriptive licensure is required, current DEA number is required.
