Administrative Assistant for Construction Management Firm
NEW ROAD Construction Management is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Cherry Hill office. The Office Administrator will support various departments, construction management, and operations. The candidate manages day-to-day tasks within our office and will be a key point of contact, representing the company professionally and interacting regularly with visitors, contractors, business partners, and employees.
Clerical and Administrative Support:
· Answering phones and responding to emails professionally.
· Managing office supplies and equipment.
· Technology liaison acting as a bridge between IT and the business.
· Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents.
· Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
· Working with upper management on a daily basis.
· Scheduling online TEAMS, ZOOM, GOOGLE meetings for multiple Executives.
· Assisting with data entry and other computer-related tasks.
· Preparing and managing construction meeting minutes.
· Acting as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
· Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualities:
· Multi-tasker, self-starter, strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with construction terminology and processes.
Preferred but not required:
· Experience in the construction industry
