Established construction consulting firm currently seeking to fill Owner's Representative role on institutional building projects in New Jersey. If you have construction superintendent, resident engineer or management level construction management experience in K-12, Higher Education, State or County construction projects , please send us your resume with references and list of projects you have managed.
Successful candidates should have 10-20 years construction management (CM) or Trade level experience or have 5-10 years CM experience with an Engineering / CM / Architecture degree; must be computer literate self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be capable of running job meetings, coordinating activities, writing meeting minutes, proficient understanding of plans and specs, experienced with scheduling, negotiations and quality assurance.
Construction Project Management positions available for Mechanical specialists, Roofing Inspectors, Project Engineers, and Project Managers. Seeking colleagues with a passion for building construction and experience in public and institutional projects (no residential) to join our team of Owner's Representatives.
Qualifications :
- 5-10 years’ experience on building projects, Engineering Degree or Construction Management Degree preferred
- CCM, PE, LEED, PMI preferred
