Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Locations: Culver City
- Grade Levels: Pre-School through Vocational (ages 22 years)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training, behavioral program development, consultation and individual treatment planning to the Schools and Programs of The Help Group.
- Assess the behavioral needs of the population and train staff in strategies to address these needs.
- Execute Functional Behavior Analysis reports and Behavior Support Plans. Train teaching staff on the development of each
- Train Staff in data collection on behavioral students.
- Provide education and training to parents and professionals on related topics through speaking appearances, Zoom presentations and written communication.
- Lead or oversee parent support and education groups.
- Contribute to weekly school bulletins with tips and articles on Positive Behavior Support Strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred.
- Requires certification in Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Specialization in Autism treatment and intervention; 3 years experience with the population;
- Educational or clinical background.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
