QUALIFICATIONS:
LMFT/LCSW or Doctoral or Master’s Degree in the mental health field, psychology, social work, marriage and family counseling. Minimum five years of clinical experience with children and families and at least four years management experience in the mental health field. Expertise in the coordination of intensive services required. Knowledge of Department of Mental Health regulations. Knowledge of basic computer skills required and familiarity with electronic health records system preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides under Senior Director’s supervision, administrative and clinical oversight to the Full Service Partnership Program in SPAs 2 and 5
- Supervises FSP Clinical Supervisor, therapists, therapy interns, case managers, administrative staff and parent advocates as assigned
- Directs and oversees compliance with FSP contractual mandates and with Agency policies, guidelines and procedures
- Interviews prospective staff for FSP positions. Provides didactic trainings, group supervision as assigned and or needed
- Works closely with Quality Assurance Director to ensure documentation requirements are met at all times
- Participate in supervisory meetings, FSP staff meetings, agency-wide meetings, utilization review meetings and in-service trainings
- Maintains collaborative and supportive relationship with DMH and DCFS in SPAs 2 and 5, with Probation Department when applicable.
- Participates in regularly scheduled FSP Impact meetings in SPAs 2 and 5; attends outside agency meetings with community liaisons
- Ensures staff productivity levels are met on a consistent basis
- Oversees intake process, monitors documentation for new and existing clients to ensure timely completion of assessments, Client Treatment Plans, OMAs and all contractually required documentation
- Maintains up to date census of clients enrolled in FSP at all times and ensures all client slots are filled in accordance with contractual levels on an ongoing basis
- Provides 24 hour availability and crisis intervention to supervisees as well as clients on an as-needed basis
- Complies with applicable professional licensing certification requirements and ethical standards. Obtain LPS Designation in accordance with FSP contractual mandate.
- Ensures all eligible therapists obtain LPS Designation in accordance with contractual mandate
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
