Come join a team where we are dedicated to transforming lives through two distinct residential programs: Project Six & The Commons, serving male and female adolescents between the ages of 13 and 17 and Non-Minor Dependents. The programs are designed to treat adolescents with a variety of diagnoses and behaviors, including, autism spectrum disorder, depression, anxiety and mood disorders, learning disabilities and emotional and behavioral challenges. We are committed to improving the quality of life, fostering independence and integration into society through skill development and community engagement because everyone deserves a great future.
Position Details:
- Full-Time and Part-Time
- Location: North Hills
Key Responsibilities
- Direct client care and supervision in a residential home setting
- Training, support and assistance with client personal care, activities of daily living, self-help skills, social skills, etc
- Tracking and implementing behavioral programs/service plans
- Client and program documentation
- Developing, leading and supervising recreational activities, outings and groups
- Transporting clients in agency vehicles
Qualifications
- CA Driver License & and a clean driving record!
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly desired.
- New college graduates are encouraged to apply, although a college degree is not required.
- Computer skills for electronic charting electronic charting
