Position Details:

  • Full-Time
  • Location: Sherman Oaks but be able to drive to our other locations: North Hills, Van Nuys, Valley Glen, Culver City

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HR-payroll interface with regard to benefits
  • Oversee the Health and Welfare Administration function 
  • Interfaces with and oversees third party administrators on all issues regarding COBRA, FSA accounts, and unemployment (EDD)
  • Conduct ER investigation
  • Develop training and development function  
  • Identify root cause issues and use data analytics to move the organization forward
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and employees 

Qualifications

  •  A Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years experience in Human Resources 
  • Experience with Employee Relations, Benefits, Training and Development  

This salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. The Help Group reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
