Nurse Practitioner, Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for patient care in the post- acute setting.
Job Qualifications/Job Responsibilities:
- 1 year experience, preferably in acute-care, long-term acute care, or inpatient rehabilitation practice settings.
- Current valid and unrestricted RN and NP licensure in Missouri.
- Collaborative practice style.
- effectively manage acute and chronic conditions by developing and overseeing high quality, cost-effective treatment plans for patients in the facility.
- Provides patient/family education and counseling.
- Works closely with collaborating physicians and other colleagues.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Quarterly bonus package.
- Flexible Schedule- 32-40 hrs per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
