Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team providing patient care in the post- acute setting.
Job Qualifications/Job Responsibilities:
- 1 years' experience, preferably in acute-care, long-term acute care, or inpatient rehabilitation practice settings.
- Current valid and unrestricted NP licensure in Missouri.
- Collaborative practice style.
- Effectively manage acute and chronic conditions by developing and overseeing high quality, cost-effective treatment plans for patients in the facility.
- Provides patient/family education and counseling.
- Works closely with collaborating physicians and other colleagues.
