It is not uncommon for roofing sales reps to make well into the 6 figure income range and we will give you the tools, support, training and environment to do so.

- Take pictures according to company’s protocol.
- Enter leads and track progress through company’s CRM.
- Assist homeowners and answer any questions regarding company’s process
- Participate in company’s Training. (Training Provided)
- Represent company on self-generated / company leads
This position has growth opportunity to move into a salaried position in as little as a year
Our Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Self Motivated and Goal Oriented
- Must have reliable transportation method.
- Must be able to climb a ladder to perform inspections. Comfortable with heights
- Be reasonably physically fit
- have at least two saturdays a month where you are available to work and attend pre set/qualified appointments
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Prior sales experience in any field is desired but not required.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Utilize your own network to provide yourself with connections, Relationships.
- Business development: Lead Generation, Networking, D2D sales, Self-Marketing
- Experience is desired but not needed
Former athletes, military, and bartenders are encouraged to apply as they have seen high levels of success in this field.
Compensation and benefits
- Income- ($60,000 - $240,000) year - commission based (1099)
- if your income is not above $80,000 annually there is an issue
- Company truck after training period and 25 sales ( this is not hard )
