Join The Spire School, a NEASC-accredited and Connecticut State Approved Special Education Program. As an independent, therapeutic day school for Grades 8-12, we support intellectually capable students who face academic and emotional challenges. What we offer :
Compensation : Base salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00, depending on education and experience.

Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in establishing and enforcing high academic and behavioral standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on school improvement initiatives and curriculum oversight.
- Supervise and evaluate teachers and Life Coaches.
- Manage student academic progress, ensuring adherence to IEPs.
- Coordinate and administer state and College Board assessments.
- Lead professional development and support classroom management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including extended school year programs.
