Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase student enrollment for all locations.
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Educate key stakeholders about New Story’s capabilities and services.
- Suggest and implement measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist schools in developing and executing a plan to grow their student census.
- Represent New Story at community, networking, and industry events and on committees.
- Collect and convey referral source feedback to help improve marketing effectiveness and operations.
- Develop community outreach opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 years of experience in a role that involves regular communication with school district representatives, referral sources, and educational stakeholders (e.g., Principal, Special Education Coordinator, School Administrator, District Liaison, Educational Consultant, or Admissions Manager).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and networking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Strong teamwork and customer service attitude and skills.
- Results oriented and capable of operating autonomously.
