We are seeking a highly ambitious and driven Investment Professional to join our small, dynamic team based in NYC. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in an opportunistic investment strategy across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Deals: Identify and cultivate investment opportunities across growth, late-stage venture, and special situations.
- Investment Research & Underwriting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to evaluate potential investments.
- Deal Structuring & Execution: Lead the structuring and execution of transactions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize returns.
- Portfolio Management: Support portfolio companies post-investment to drive value creation and ensure successful outcomes.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the Managing Partner to refine and execute the fund's investment thesis.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8 years in investment roles, ideally within top-tier firms such as MSD Capital, Blackstone Tactical Opportunities, Goldman Sachs Special Situations, ICONIQ Growth, Insight Partners, Avenue Capital Group, Tiger Global, Lead Edge, or Coatue.
- Proven Track Record: A history of leading and closing deals beyond the scope of their role, demonstrating exceptional drive and capability. Youngest person to achieve MD or equivalent milestones is a plus.
