New Tech Global is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager / CSR for a client located in Austin, TX. This is a direct hire role paying $21-26hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION : The CSR / Account Manager is responsible for working with current and prospective home and auto insurance clients to make sure their needs are met, and they have the appropriate coverage for their situation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Quote and issue new commercial lines insurance policies
  • Process changes to policies for current customers
  • Answer customer questions
  • Review current policies and suggest changes
  • Maintain customer information system, including entry of new customers and updates to current customers

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Must have a property and casualty insurance license in Texas
  • Must have 1 year of experience as a Commercial Lines CSR or Account Manager
  • Dependable
  • Ability to communicate well with customers, on the phone, via email or in person
  • Ability to learn multiple insurance companies
  • Attention to detail

  • 25% bonus on new policies issued. Last year this was $8k for the current position.
