Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems
• Install new or replacement HVAC equipment
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field or related areas
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to manage a physical workload, including lifting over 50 lbs
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Possession of a clean and valid driver’s license
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Certification in HVAC is preferred but not mandatory
