About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This position is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The HR Generalist will work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate employee data and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Ultimately, the HR Generalist contributes to the overall success of the organization by supporting its most valuable asset—its people.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems and employee management software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and data management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
