About the Role :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Group Home Setting, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care and support to individuals living in a group home environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the residents. Your main objective will be to deliver patient-centered care, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. Your role will also involve providing support and guidance to residents in daily activities, promoting independence and self-care.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a group home or long-term care facility.
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
