The DC will assign the program to the appropriate DSPs and work with the Program Directors to address 245D issues within the program, with the goal of establishing an appropriately functioning program moving forward. This will include in-person visits, virtual visits, remote work, and some travel.Supervisory Responsibilities : Supervising DSPs, including assigning programs, reviewing documents, and ensuring paperwork is completed in a timely manner.Duties / Responsibilities : Supervise staff to ensure employees effectively perform assigned job duties and achieve program / division objectives.Develop training for staff and programs.Develop, implement, and evaluate service programs to ensure individuals’ needs are met and program staff are trained to understand their responsibilities.Implement administrative duties to ensure individuals receive necessary services in a safe, healthy environment.Assist Designated Coordinators with completion of required paperwork to meet 245D deadlines.Meet with new programs to determine their needs and establish a plan of action.Submit a minimum of 25 billable hours per week plus drive-time and mileage.Requirements : Required Skills / Abilities : Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; ORAssociate’s degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; ORA diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; ORA minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications in one of the categories above.A Designated Manager requires 3 years of experience in a supervisory level position.Strong embodiment of company values : We bring joyWe are changeWe do the right thing (when no one is watching)We don’t give up on peopleWe listen to helpAbility to : Develop person-centered support plans that use Positive Support principles and practices, including Person-Centered Thinking and Planning.Communicate effectively, orally and in writing.Develop detailed Individual Abuse Prevention Plans.Apply consistent principles in assessing individuals’ progress toward achieving individual goals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
