What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at New U Life?
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team in a hybrid capacity based out of our Lehi, Utah office. This position will be responsible for cultivating and developing field leadership by implementing innovative development strategies. This role will also focus on increasing leader advancement, field retention, promotion participation, and revenue.
Required Performance / What you will own (including, but not limited to):
- Provide overall, day-to-day business support for leaders via phone, e-mail, and face to face
- Provide one-on-one or group promotion or program training with field leaders
- Provide one-on-one or group compensation plan training with field leaders
- Propose and support the development of professional tools for the field
- Participate in proactive feedback programs to better serve leaders
- Support No. America training, events, and recognition efforts wherever possible
- Boost team with solid and consistent corporate leadership and support to the field
- Identify leader’s goals and develop strategies and solutions to assist in their success
- Assist in the growth of overall sales, enrollments, member count, and rank advancements
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently meet or exceed expectations
The Account Manager will be in direct contact with field leaders on a regular, consistent basis and will be responsible for providing an elevated level of service, coaching, and mentoring of both experienced and new leaders. A solid understanding of the industry and the challenges field leaders experience is essential. Furthermore, the ability to translate that understanding into actionable, individualized plans for your assigned leaders will directly impact your effectiveness and success in this role.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the network marketing (MLM) industry.
- 3-5 years customer service and sales-related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Strong competency in oral and written communication
- Must be a self-starter who excels at multi-tasking with strong ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
- Must possess confidence and assertiveness; ability to build respect and credibility with colleagues and field leaders.
- Highly collaborative work style. Positive, upbeat attitude.
