What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical intake evaluations to assess clients’ presenting concerns, mental health history, and treatment goals.
- Match clients to clinicians based on expertise, temperament, cultural fit, and therapeutic style.
- Provide detailed clinical summaries and recommendations for treatment planning to assigned clinicians.
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments and ensure all records comply with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve processes and ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Educate clients about available therapeutic options, fostering empowerment in their mental health journey.
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (Required)
- Active CA license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) or (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW)
- Two years of clinical experience (Minimum)
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards
- Strong understanding of diverse therapeutic approaches and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Rates:
- $40–$80 per clinical hour (rates vary based on education and experience)
- $18 per admin hour
Work Set-up: Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
