Rates : LMFT - $60-$70 per clinical hour; increase in semi-annual and annual per evaluation LCSW - $60-$75 per clinical hour; increase in semi-annual and annual per evaluation   Licensed Psychologist - $80-90 per clinical hour; increase in semi-annual and annual per evaluation  Work Set-up : Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy, plus work from home options.
