What You’ll Do :
Organize effective clinical operations at Valencia and Westlake locations.Find and implement necessary technologies for clinical services development at the Valencia and Westlake office.Monitor and Develop Psychotherapy and Intensive Outpatient Programs.Participate in long-term planning for budget, production, and staffing.Ensure compliance with approved policies and standards.Assist in clinic expansion planning and execution.Oversee clinical treatment programs and quality assurance.Manage scheduling and create new openings for services.Prepare new clinicians for treatment modalities.Improve department productivity and efficiency.Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff.Supervise supervisors, associates, and licensed therapists.What You’ll Need :
A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.A minimum of 2 years of previous clinical director experience.Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others.Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture.What We Offer :
