- Provide individual and group clinical supervision up to six Associate-level therapists (AMFTs, ACSWs, APCCs)
- Oversee and support clinicians in their development of effective treatment plans and interventions
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards in all clinical services
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance and implement training programs for staff development
- Maintain a caseload of 15 clients to stay engaged in direct clinical work
- Assist in quality assurance processes, including case reviews and clinical documentation audits
- A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California
- A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Associate-level clinicians
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others
- Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture
