What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision up to six Associate-level therapists (AMFTs, ACSWs, APCCs)
• Oversee and support clinicians in their development of effective treatment plans and interventions
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards in all clinical services
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance and implement training programs for staff development
• Maintain a caseload of 15 clients to stay engaged in direct clinical work
• Assist in quality assurance processes, including case reviews and clinical documentation audits
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Associate-level clinicians
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others
• Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture

Rate: $90,000 to $95,000 annually
