Position Overview

As the Marketing Director, you will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for two innovative brands. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to seamlessly integrate data insights into creative campaigns. You’ll oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital, social media, events, and content, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both brands, driving brand awareness and revenue growth.

CRM Management : Lead the integration and optimization of CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Campaign Oversight : Strategize and oversee campaigns across all channels, ensuring maximum ROI through analytics-driven decision-making.

Lead Generation and Management : Design and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into loyal customers.

Google Ads and Paid Media : Optimize paid campaigns to ensure cost-effective reach and impactful results.

Event Leadership : Plan and execute community and patient-focused events to enhance relationships and drive outreach.

Performance Analytics : Regularly analyze marketing performance, delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

AI Integration : Leverage AI tools to personalize customer interactions and optimize marketing initiatives.

Team Collaboration : Partner with internal teams, including the Marketing Specialist, to ensure cohesive and aligned efforts.

Photoshoot Management : Oversee high-quality brand-aligned photoshoots to enhance marketing materials.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, or similar leadership role in marketing.

Expertise in digital marketing, Google Ads, CRM systems, and data analytics.

Strong background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Experience in the med spa, aesthetics, or wellness industries is preferred.

Familiarity with AI applications in marketing and emerging marketing technologies.

Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
