We offer an early learning center for preschool and kindergarten students, including a community education center. This center includes many outdoor and indoor active learning spaces. Jefferson Elementary provides programming for grades 1-4, focusing on small group instruction, responsive classroom, STEM opportunities, and core curriculum. We offer a middle school structure and environment for grades 5-8, focused on advisory, exploratory, and experiential learning opportunities. Our high school is for grades 9-12, offering college, vocational, and work-ready courses. We have many opportunities for fine arts and athletics for all students. A Career Technical Education (CTE) Center provides students with opportunities in automotive, welding, manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, construction careers, and cabinetry.

Parent Educator for Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE)
Location:
Washington Learning Center, 910 14th North Street, New Ulm, MN
Job Summary:
Facilitate lively parent group discussion, while offering research-based information on child development, infant brain development, discipline and practical strategies for parents to promote the healthy development of their children.
Qualifications:
Current Minnesota Parent Educator Teaching License;
other BS Degrees will be considered
Dates/Hours:
1-2 mornings per week and 1-2 evenings per week
Classes run 9 weeks for 1 to 1.5 hours per class
(will consider hiring multiple people to fill the opening)
Position Start/End Date:
2025-2026 School Year
Wage:
Dependent on experience, hourly wage range: $29.99 - $40.32
