We’re a leading furniture store that believes every room tells a story—and a great rug is the centerpiece. We’re looking for a dynamic Rug Sales Specialist to join our team, bring their creativity, and help customers tie their rooms together in style!
We will provide you with a Training Program and your own Sales Coach to help you learn the ropes, hone your skills, and become a sales superstar in no time.
Our best-in-class commission plan guarantees weekly pay in the initial training period, which includes either an hourly rate ($15 per hour) or your earned commissions, whichever is greater for the week. This ensures you’re rewarded for every hour you work while having the opportunity to maximize your earnings. Your hard work and dedication always pay off!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build lasting relationships by keeping our customers at the center of every interaction. Help them find the perfect rug to elevate their space.
- Become the go-to authority on rugs—materials, patterns, sizes, and care—so customers feel confident in their choice.
- Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while supporting our company’s vision and values.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and keep the relationship strong.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; strong interpersonal skills necessary.
- Previous sales experience in rugs is a plus but not a requirement.
