Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Portfolio Community Association Manager role located in Las Vegas, Nevada at Nevada Community Management, LLC. The manager will oversee multiple community association portfolios, handle day-to-day operations, facilitate communications between boards and residents, and ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in HOA or property management
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field a plus
- Proficiency in property management software
- Nevada CAM License required
- Certified Manager of Community Association designation (CMCA) is a plus
