The Quality Improvement Analyst is responsible for medical record audits and identification of opportunities to improve client care and outcomes. It also helps assist in employee satisfaction. The Quality Improvement Analyst also provides technical assistance to management in quality matters. Performs need assessments & designs projects to improve client care and outcomes. Assists in report creation, KPI monitoring and provides training as needed. The Quality Improvement Analyst also identifies gaps and implements solutions to population health related issues. Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of related experience or training
- Master’s degree in public health or related area

- Organize, analyze and report data elements, KPI’s, etc. to various audiences
- Development of reports, database and analysis of healthcare data, assessing documentation quality
- Recommend quality initiatives to efficiently perform job functions
- Identify service gaps and improvement population health initiatives, creating reports addressing the same
- Act as quality improvement leader, working collaboratively with clinical and leadership teams
- Manage data and performance improvement of chart audit practices
