The Alternate Shift Supervisor assists the Home Manager and Shift Supervisors as needed. They perform tasks providing direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals to ensure programmatic and administrative activities are carried out. They ensure the safety, welfare and the preservation of rights of residents.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• IID experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
