The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) Supervisor will directly supervise the Case Managers and QIDPs, reviewing their work for quality and compliance with regulations/requirements. This person must understand how to implement the ICF/IID regulations and Strategic Action Plan (SAP). Learning objectives will be developed and staff trained to implement objectives. You will then observe individuals, review data and progress, and revise programs based on individual needs and performance.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5 or more years experience working directly with persons with intellectual or other developmental disabilities
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
