The Shift Supervisor ensures programmatic and administrative activities are carried out. They ensure the safety, welfare and the preservation of rights of clients. They coordinate, supervise, and assist with activities on assigned shift and will coordinate with the Shift Coordinators that time and attendance policies are enforced. The Shift Supervisor adheres to responsibilities outlined in off-campus trips policy and takes responsibility to become familiar with policies and procedures and adhere to as warranted.
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities OR 1 years experience would with IDD and 1 years of college
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
