ALBERT HOTEL is hiring for a PT SPA ATTENDANT
Albert Hotel is located on a three-acre site from 242 to 248 East Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX. The hotel itself is tucked away from Main Street located behind the original historic buildings, creating a peaceful escape offering quiet sophistication just off bustling Main Street. The hotel has 110 guest rooms, including bunkrooms, suites, and a private house, and each room will have tailored amenities, custom-designed furniture, and little extras to make guests feel at home. The property has three restaurants, one bar, a private dining room, and will offer in-room dining. Guests can enjoy the inviting outdoor lagoon-style pool, a fitness center, and a 2,000 sq. foot full-service spa. The property is ideal for hosting events, with a 3,600 square-foot event space and a 1,200 square-foot mezzanine deck and event lawn.
What you'll do:
- Thoroughly clean spa locker rooms, relaxation room, and common areas according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Replenish guest amenities as needed including towels, robes, beverages, bathroom supplies, etc.
- Sanitize all high-touch items in guest’s rooms daily
- Notify your Supervisor of any areas that need to be placed out of order for maintenance concerns
- Greet all guests in close proximity and make each feel important by providing a genuine welcome
- Possess knowledge of all guest services and amenities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the work area
- Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform immediate supervisor and
apply corrective measures when necessary - Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good, safe working condition
- Deliver dirty linens to the Laundry Department and pick up clean linens.
- Clean and sanitize spa locker rooms, relaxation room, and common spa areas
Who you are:
- You have 1 years of customer service experience preferably in a spa setting.
- You have previous cash-handling experience.
- You believe in hospitality, deeply and passionately.
- You know how important relationships are and you find joy in growing and maintaining new ones.
- You use your time wisely and are an expert in prioritizing and multi-tasking.
- You're thorough, have excellent communication skills, and pay close attention to detail.
- You're patient and able to remain calm in stressful situations.
- You have a strong work ethic and can work both autonomously and with a team.
