Drivers license required
LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT
Full time, regular business hours
Mon-Fri 7a - 3p, overtime not required
Facility is open on NYS Holidays if they fall during the week.
Duties:
Receiving - Receive deliveries, verify order accuracy, store inventory, notify Health Services when order received, update inventory tracking
Inventory management - Materials rotation based on expiration dates, weekly cycle counting, bi-monthly inventory reporting
Basic computer skills using Outlook for email.
Picking/packing deliveries - Pull facility allocations, prepare packing slips, wrap and palletize PPE shipments as needed, assist with loading on receiving vehicle or trailer
Dress code - warehouse environment so jeans, slacks and shirt no open toes shoes is a must.
PPE transfer - May be responsible to transfer inventor between HUBs using state vehicle.
