Primary Purpose: Liaison between all New Way and outsourced production facilities.

General Description: Oversee daily activity of shipping and receiving parts for internal and external production processes.

Essential Duties

• Responsible for ensuring that the product within the department conforms to the pick list.
• Communicate effectively with all department supervisors.
• Coordinate ordering and monitor parts in stock.
• Plan shipments of raw product according to the production schedules.
• Update and maintain product pick lists and books as product changes.
• Use the ERP system, Epicor, to read work orders, order parts, and plan shipments.
  
  
  

Other Duties

• Ability to work fast-paced in a manufacturing environment.
• Communicate effectively with people internally and externally.
• Read and understand documents and shop orders.
