New Wire Marine is an innovative and fast-growing company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and sale of custom boat dash and switch panels-as well as a wide range of other marine components. All of our high-quality, made-to-order products are designed, milled, etched, and assembled in-house. We proudly serve boat owners, service shops, and OEMs around the world.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about helping people and solving problems. This role blends customer support, technical troubleshooting, and administrative coordination. If you enjoy breaking down complex topics, helping customers with wiring or switch functionality, and providing clear, reliable support-this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, professional technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic 12V electrical wiring issues (training provided).
- Answer product-related questions for prospective and current customers.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers as the first point of contact at New Wire Marine.
- Handle return processing and order-related tasks like address changes or item additions.
- Respond to voicemails and complete general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with electrical systems or wiring is a plus.
- Marine or boating experience is highly desirable and will help you hit the ground running.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in a technical or manufacturing setting, is preferred.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
