JLash is looking for a passionate, Social Media Coordinator who loves everything about beauty, social media, and influencer marketing!
Responsibilities
As a key member of our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive sales.
Content Creation : Develop compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok, that highlights our products and brand value.
Comfortable in front of the camera. Ability to film themselves and edit independently.
Social Media Management : Manage JLash’s social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and fostering engagement with our audience.
Social Media Optimization Responsibilities : Optimize social media content for improved visibility and engagement, utilizing relevant keywords, hashtags, and tags to enhance discoverability on social media platforms and search engines.
Influencer Partnerships : Identify and collaborate with influencers, beauty-bloggers, and content creators in the beauty industry to promote our products and expand our reach.
Campaign Coordination : Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and giveaways, to drive brand awareness and sales.
Product Photography, Video, and Editing : Capture high-quality product images and edit them for use in social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Copy-writing : Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media captions, advertisements, and promotional materials, maintaining consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting : Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance data to measure effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, social media best practices, and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
Requirements :
Experience in managing beauty social media accounts with proven success.
Advanced in product photography, videography, and editing.
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator).
Must attend all photo shoots and assist as needed.
Makeup Artistry skills (bonus, not a requirement).
